Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to any paid subscription purchased on ResuCard.com.

Subscription plans

ResuCard.com offers three plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. Current pricing and features are listed on our Pricing page. We do not offer lifetime or one-time-payment plans — all paid plans are recurring subscriptions, billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.

Billing and renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You will be charged using the payment method on file at the then-current price for your plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price changes

If we change subscription pricing, the new price will not apply retroactively to your current billing period. Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of any price change taking effect on their next renewal.

Right of withdrawal

Under French and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of subscribing, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, use the “Cancel Contract Here” option available in your account dashboard, or contact us directly.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your plan’s features until then, with no partial refund for the remaining days.

Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with the right of withdrawal described above. Outside of that period, subscription payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
