What This Service Is

ResuCard.com lets you create, edit, and share a resume online, including a mobile-friendly version and a public link with QR code, and export it as a printable PDF.

Your Account

One account is for one person. You’re responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Your Content

You own the content of the resumes you create. We don’t claim any rights over it — we host and display it only to provide the service to you. You grant us the limited right to store, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate ResuCard (for example, showing your public resume page to a visitor, or generating your PDF).

Acceptable Use

You’re responsible for the content of the resumes you create and share through ResuCard. You agree not to use the service to create, publish, or share content that:

  • is illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise unlawful;
  • knowingly contains false or fabricated information — misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or experience;
  • is offensive, indecent, or contrary to public decency;
  • infringes someone else’s rights, including intellectual property or personal data.

ResuCard does not review resume content before it’s published and does not verify the accuracy of what you write. Responsibility for your resume’s content rests with you alone.

Intellectual Property

The ResuCard platform, its design, templates, and underlying code belong to us. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the platform to you. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we’re free to use them to improve ResuCard without any obligation to you, unless you clearly mark them as confidential.

Service Availability

We do our best to keep ResuCard available at all times, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to perform maintenance from time to time, and where possible, we’ll try to give advance notice.

Limitation of Liability

ResuCard is a tool to help you create and share a resume — it does not guarantee any outcome, including getting an interview or a job offer. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us over the three months before the claim arose, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Suspension & Termination

If we become aware of content that violates Section 4 — whether through our own review or a report from a third party — we may remove or disable the resume in question without prior notice. If violations are repeated, we may suspend or permanently close your account. No fees already paid are refunded in either case. You can cancel your own subscription at any time — see our Terms of Sale for billing and refund details.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use ResuCard after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law & Contact

These terms are governed by French law. Questions about these terms can be sent to info[at]resucard[dot]com (To limit spam, the email address is deliberately presented in a non-clickable form.).
