ResuCard.com is built to be autonomous by design: your core resume-building experience — live preview, QR code generation, PDF export — runs without relying on external APIs. Fonts are self-hosted, QR codes are generated on your own device, and PDF export uses your browser’s native printing rather than a third-party server.

Information we collect

Account information: email address and billing details (processed via WooCommerce). Resume information: name, contact details, photo, and any other content you choose to add to your resume. Technical information: standard WordPress account/session data required to operate your account.

Public resumes

If you enable the public/QR sharing option on a resume, its content becomes accessible to anyone with the link or QR code. You control this setting at all times from your dashboard.

Your rights

You can access and edit your resume data at any time from your dashboard. You can delete a resume (moved to trash, recoverable) or request permanent deletion and a full export of your data by contacting us.

Data retention

We keep your account and resume data for as long as your account is active, or as required by law for billing records.
